QUEENSLAND PAPER TIGER STATE TITLES, LAKE COOTHARABA  On the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd of November, the Queensland Paper Tiger State Titles were hosted by Lake Cootharaba Sailing Club in conjunction with their annual Cat Challenge.
