This Week in Yachting – 21st Nov 2024
Southport Yacht Club supported the Vinnie’s (St Vincent de Paul) Community Sleepout last night with a donation on behalf of SYC Members.
More than 120 people took part sleeping in the open air in the grounds of The Southport School (TSS).
SYC Past Commodore Rob Mundle was the Ambassador for this great fundraiser, raising almost $50,000 for the homeless on the Gold Coast – they number around 4000, and 1000 of them are children!
