SAILING NEWS

WEEKENDS AT OXENFORD By Ashlea Kernahan

Our Final Session of the Term kicked off over the weekend at Oxenford, where the weather was Perfect and light winds but all of our junior sailors made the most of it to get signed off for their certificates. Our Tacker Sailors had Knot races with even parents joining in on the fun. We wish all our sailors safe and happy holidays.

ADULT LEARN TO SAIL

Our Second June Adult Sailing session took off this weekend with 10 Sailors ready and eager to hit the water. Some light rain on Sunday but all cleared up for the afternoon, a perfect first day!

SAILOR OF THE WEEK

Let us congratulate Dara on becoming the Sailor of the Week for this week! Dara has been killing it with his sailing abilities!

Since his first Tackers 1 class last term, Dara has demonstrated a great deal of enthusiasm and engagement in improving his sailing abilities. We are excited to watch him develop as he has already shown incredible potential in Tackers 2 this term!

Dara! It brings us great joy to include you in our sailing family!
