HMAS MARYBOROUGH OPEN DAY

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the Sail Past and Blessing of the Fleet, along with the HMAS Maryborough Open Day last 9th September 2023. It was a great and rare opportunity for the Gold Coast Community to come and witness life on board a Royal Australian Navy Armidale Class Patrol Boat!

Lt. Commander Mitchell Thomas presented a plaque to Commodore Drew Jones onboard the HMAS Maryborough.

Congratulations Jasmine – a win for our She Sails team!

Congratulations Jasmine, our SheSails Award Winner for the 2023 Queensland Sailing Awards, held last Thursday 7th September at Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron. Jasmine works tirelessly both behind the scenes as well as hosting our monthly She Sails events on Oxenford Lake. If you’ve never joined us for a She Sails at SYC Oxenford, come and see what goes on and meet some like-minded ladies for a day of sailing fun, followed by drinks and nibbles upstairs in our function room overlooking the beautiful Oxenford Lake!
