AWAY ACHIEVEMENTS
Congratulations to our SYC competitors in the RQYS 2024 Canaipa Cup over this past weekend , achieving the following results:
- El Smoko (skippered by Grant Meredith) winning Line Honours, 2nd on PHS, 1st in trailerable.
- Mister Bojangles (skippered by Michael Small) winning 3rd on PHS

Let’s cheer for Terri, our Sailor of the Week! Terri’s been rocking it with her unstoppable attitude and pure love for sailing. Since she hopped on board, she’s been all in, showing us her passion and energy for the sport. Terri, you’re awesome, and we’re so stoked to have you in our sailing crew!
WEEKENDS AT OXENFORD By Ashlea Kernahan
Our fifth session kicked off over the weekend at Oxenford, where the weather was perfect for all our junior sailors. With the wonderful breeze and perfect sunlight, our sailors had a great time demonstrating their talents to us, getting ready for their next step.
ADULT LEARN TO SAIL
The Adult Learn to Sail Course had its 3rd and Final session on Sunday, All our Sailors received their certificates and can sail off confidently ready for their next sailing adventure!
