Welcome to the 2022 Paper Tiger Catamaran State Championships
Southport Yacht Club in alliance with Queensland Paper Tiger Catamaran Association, are excited to host the 2022 Paper Tiger Catamaran State Championships. The event will be held from Saturday 9th July to Sunday 10th July 2022.
Southport Yacht Club’s sailing headquarters are located on the Gold Coast Broadwater, one of Australia’s most dynamic boating playgrounds. The respected sailing academy offers its own private beach adjoining a secure and spacious grassed area to rig up your boat and wheel it straight into the water where you are likely to be greeted by the pod of resident dolphins and the occasional shy dugong. The Regatta is open to boats complying with the Paper Tiger International Class Rules and possessing a valid measurement certificate.
An Early Bird Entry Fee of $125.00 is valid for entries received before 8th June 2022
After this date, the Entry Fee will increase to $175.00 with entries closing at 1700hrs on 7th July 2022
