BRIDGE TO NO BRIDGE

Our biannual party race is on again on the 12-13th October! Open to all Cats and Keelboat divisions, this overnight event to our Dux island retreat on Stradbroke is a special event not to miss. Check out the details on the event page here.

Sailing at Oxenford

This past weekend’s weather was perfect for our Tackers 3’s last day. Our Tackers kids participated in a practice regatta in preparation for joining our Hollywell squad next term. We are very proud of how far they have come and can’t wait to see them all shine at Hollywell.

Family Fun Sailing

This week, The Sun provided a perfect Family fun session for over 6 families across the day. families of all experiences came to join us for a fun Saturday family sailing session.

Fathers Day Sailing

To celebrate Father’s Day, Oxenford held Father’s Day Family sailing sessions. Over 6 Families joined us for a perfect sunny day, All dads received special gifts upon arrival and participated in Father’s Races with prizes given to our winners!

Adult Learn to Sail Intermediate

Our first Adult Intermediate Sailing course for 2024 kicked off this weekend with 9 Sailors undertaking new and exciting skills. The 2-day course gave all sailors experience with spinnakers and racing, everyone had an amazing time with the team!

Sailor of the week

Jasper Moore has been selected as this week’s Sailor of the Week! Jasper has demonstrated a tremendous deal of love and excitement for sailing in Tackers 2. Jasper has been developing well and has showed excellent leadership skills.

We can’t wait to watch his sailing skills develop.
