Gold Coast Australia has just won the toughest leg of the Clipper Round the World race so far – across the northern Pacific from Qingdao to San Francisco. The attached pic says it all – Gold Coast Australia sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge with the SYC logo holding pride of place. It’s the team’s seventh win in nine legs – and they were more than 100 miles ahead of the second placed yacht! More…
