Sailor of the Week is Miles Wilson
Myles Wilson recently competed in the 2022 ILAC 6 Youth World Championships coming 14th in the Men’s Silver Fleet – out of 160 entries! – this is an AMAZING effort.
In all, there were 33 countries competing in the event and Miles achieved a stunning result of 2nd in Australia.
Miles also mentors our Junior Sailors at the club and is very active at away regattas, recently competing at the 2022 Keppel Bay QLD Youth Championships – coming 4th in the Laser Radial Fleet.
Well done Miles….you’re a champ!
